Wonderful Ted talk on intangible brand value by Rory Sutherland

This is one of my favorite talks from TED. With all the momentum behind branded utility and digital marketing that does stuff for people, it is easy to forget that a lot of marketers can't/don't start from scratch, don't have ideas "baked in" and frankly don't have anything special. That doesn't mean good brand marketers can't add value. The train example is genius. Do watch.
